Preparation Steps:
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats to ensure it gets nice and hot.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. This will serve as the flavorful base for your pizza.
  3. On your prepared pizza crust, evenly spread the garlic oil mixture, ensuring every corner is covered. This not only flavors the crust but also helps it crisp up beautifully.
  4. Sprinkle ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the crust. Next, add the mozzarella/provolone blend cheese, distributing it evenly for a gooey texture.
  5. Scatter the sun-dried tomatoes over the cheese, followed by the sliced Roma tomatoes. Finally, crumble the feta cheese on top for an extra creamy layer.
