- Start by collecting all the ingredients mentioned above. Make sure your banana is frozen to create that creamy texture.
- In your blender, combine the 1 cup of plain kefir or yogurt, 1 frozen banana, 2 teaspoons of grated fresh ginger, and 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice.

- Give your Turmeric Lassi a taste. Add more honey if you prefer it sweeter or more lemon juice for extra tang.
