Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Flour Tortilla
  • 3 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • to taste Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for drizzling
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • to taste Optional Toppings vegetables, meats, or extra cheeses

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: Place a large flour tortilla on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Step 3: Spread 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle Italian seasoning generously over the sauce.
  5. Step 5: Add a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Step 6: Customize your pizza with your choice of toppings.
  7. Step 7: Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top.
  8. Step 8: Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
  9. Step 9: Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
  10. Step 10: Serve hot with extra pizza sauce on the side if desired.
