  • 1 cup Almond Slivers toasted for added crunch and flavor
  • 3 Tbs Raspberry Jam a fruity base for the brie
  • 2 Tbs Honey raspberry flavored if you can find it
  • 3 Tbs Good Quality Balsamic Vinegar adds a tangy depth
  • 1 wheel Brie the star of the dish
  • 1 cup Raspberries fresh and vibrant for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the almond slivers for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from heat.
  3. Place the brie wheel on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the top.
  4. Drizzle the raspberry-flavored honey over the jam-covered brie.
  5. Pour the balsamic vinegar over the brie.
  6. Sprinkle the toasted almond slivers generously over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the brie is soft and gooey.
  8. Once out of the oven, let the brie cool for a minute and garnish with fresh raspberries.
  9. Serve warm with an assortment of crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh fruit.
