Method
 

Directions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Pan - Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
  2. Step 2: Melt the Chocolate Chips - In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, combine the sugar-free chocolate chips and almond butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Step 3: Add Vanilla Extract - Stir in the vanilla extract until well-blended.
  4. Step 4: Pour into the Pan - Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Step 5: Chill the Fudge - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Step 6: Cut and Serve - Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
