Ingredients
  

For the Frittata:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or any cheese of your choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup spaghetti cooked and broken into fourths
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: If you don’t have leftover spaghetti, cook 1 cup of dry spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool slightly before breaking it into fourths.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, crack the 4 large eggs. Add the grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Whisk everything together until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Fold the broken spaghetti and marinara sauce into the egg mixture.
  5. Step 5: In an oven-safe skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Pour in the spaghetti and egg mixture.
  6. Step 6: Cook on the stovetop for about 5-7 minutes until the edges start setting.
  7. Step 7: Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until fully set and golden brown.
  8. Step 8: Let it cool for a few minutes, slice into wedges, and serve warm or at room temperature.
