Ingredients

  • 17.25 oz jar Grape Jelly A must-have for that classic sweetness.
  • 18 oz bottle Raspberry Chipotle BBQ sauce Adds a tangy and spicy kick.
  • 43.6 oz Beef Little Smokies A combination of a 15.6 oz size bag and a 28 oz size bag gives you plenty to go around.

Equipment

  • Slow cooker
  • Measuring cups
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Serving dish

Method

  1. Begin by spraying the inside of your slow cooker with a non-stick cooking spray. This will help with easy cleanup later on.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grape jelly and raspberry chipotle BBQ sauce. Stir until the jelly is fully melted and incorporated into the sauce.
  3. Place the beef little smokies into the slow cooker. Pour the sauce mixture over the smokies, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Set your slow cooker to low and let it cook for 4-6 hours. If you’re in a hurry, you can set it to high for about 2-3 hours.
  5. Every hour or so, give the smokies a gentle stir to ensure they are evenly coated in the sauce.
  6. Once they’re done cooking, serve the little smokies warm right from the slow cooker.

Notes

  • Ensure the BBQ sauce is labeled gluten-free for dietary needs.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the slow cooker or microwave for best results.
