Next, pour 1 cup of chicken broth over the seasoned chicken.
Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
Once the cooking time is up, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
While the chicken is cooking, chop your avocado, tomatoes, and cilantro.
