Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 package ranch dressing powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Tortillas flour or corn based on preference
  • Avocado for topping
  • Tomatoes for topping
  • Cilantro for topping
  • Ranch dressing for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Start by placing the 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the entire package of taco seasoning and the ranch dressing powder over the chicken.
  3. Next, pour 1 cup of chicken broth over the seasoned chicken.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once the cooking time is up, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  6. While the chicken is cooking, chop your avocado, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  7. Warm your tortillas and fill them with the shredded chicken mixture. Top with avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and ranch dressing.
