- In your blender, combine the chocolate ice cream, milk, and creamy peanut butter. Blend until smooth.
- Add mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and Reese's Butter Cup Oreos to the blender. Blend on low until just incorporated.
- If the milkshake is too thick, add more milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency.
- Pour the milkshake into a large glass, filling generously.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups over the top.
