  • 2 medium potatoes washed and sliced into wedges

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water. Scrub off any dirt and slice each potato into wedges.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, and salt. Toss until coated.
  3. Cover the bowl and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes, checking halfway for doneness.
  4. For extra crispiness, transfer the wedges to a hot skillet with olive oil and sear for a couple of minutes on each side.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the hot wedges and let it melt before serving.
