In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and drained crushed pineapple. Use a spatula to mix until smooth.
Add the finely chopped pepperoni, minced dried onion (or sliced green onions), seasoned salt, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until evenly distributed.
Lay out a piece of plastic wrap, spoon the cheese mixture onto the center, and shape it into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Once chilled, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the chopped toasted pecans until evenly coated.
Transfer the cheese ball to a serving platter and serve with an assortment of crackers and fresh veggies.
