Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 3.5 cups checkerboard mini pretzels about
  • 2 cups honey-roasted peanuts about
  • 2.5 cups confectioners sugar about
  • 1 cup sprinkles (jimmies) heaping, optional

Method
 

  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients and kitchen gear. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you plan to toast the pretzels for added crunch.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and Nutella. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Gradually add the confectioners sugar to the peanut butter and Nutella mixture, stirring continuously to prevent clumps from forming.
  4. Fold in the checkerboard mini pretzels and honey-roasted peanuts until evenly coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly, pressing down slightly to help it stick together.
  6. If desired, toast the baking sheet in the preheated oven for about 5-10 minutes for extra crunch.
  7. Let the mix cool completely, then sprinkle a heaping cup of jimmies on top.
  8. Break the snack mix into clusters or pieces and serve immediately or store for later enjoyment.
