Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping thawed (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups roughly chopped, divided
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Electric mixer
  • Spatula
  • Serving dish
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk to the cream cheese, mixing well until fully incorporated and smooth.
  3. Add the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract to the mixture. Continue to mix until everything is well combined and fluffy.
  4. Carefully fold in the thawed whipped topping using a spatula.
  5. Gently fold in half of the chopped peanut butter cups, saving the other half for topping.
  6. Transfer the mixture to your serving dish, smoothing out the top. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the dip and sprinkle the remaining peanut butter cups on top.
  7. Refrigerate the dip for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use natural peanut butter that contains just peanuts and salt.
  • If you're short on time, skip the chilling step, but letting it sit enhances the taste.
  • Feel free to customize by adding other mix-ins like chocolate chips or crushed cookies!
