Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or white almond bark or Candiquik
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 8-12 ounces caramel corn store-bought or homemade
  • 25 miniature Reese's peanut butter cups chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. Melt the white chocolate and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the caramel corn. Ensure it is cooled if homemade.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the caramel corn and fold until evenly coated.
  4. Add the chopped Reese's peanut butter cups and gently fold them in.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Drizzle melted chocolate on top for an extra touch.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt for a salty contrast.
  • Let the melted mixture cool slightly before combining to prevent sogginess.
