  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning (dry ranch seasoning powder, about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the baking powder, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a rimmed baking sheet, skin-side up.
  5. Bake the chicken thighs for 35-40 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
