  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Begin by measuring out all your ingredients. This makes the mixing process smoother and ensures you have everything ready.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, slivered almonds, chopped pistachios, raw pumpkin seeds, raw sunflower seeds, and unsweetened coconut flakes. Stir gently to mix.
  3. Next, add in the dried cranberries, dried blueberries, and raisins. These fruits will add natural sweetness and chewiness to your muesli.
