Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter vegan for dairy-free option
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chopped and divided
  • 3 tablespoons superfine sugar for perfect sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons warm milk any milk you prefer
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour + 2 tablespoons, heat-treated for safety

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl by microwaving in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Stir in sugar until well combined, then add warm milk and stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the heat-treated flour until just combined.
  4. Fold in the remaining chopped chocolate for extra melty goodness.
  5. Transfer batter to a greased microwave-safe dish and microwave on high for about 1 minute.
  6. Let the brownies cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
