  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 large lemon (sliced)

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven. Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Baking Dish. Lightly grease a baking dish with a bit of butter or cooking spray.
  3. Step 3: Season the Halibut. Place the halibut fillets in the baking dish and season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried dill.
  4. Step 4: Make the Lemon Butter Mixture. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, then remove from heat and add lemon juice.
