Ingredients

  • 6 cups roasted peanuts unsalted
  • 1/4 cup honey raw for best flavor
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or vegetable oil

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Measuring cups
  • Spatula
  • Jar or container

Method

  1. Make sure all your ingredients are measured and ready to go. This will streamline the process and make it easier to blend.
  2. Add the roasted peanuts to your food processor. Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes until the peanuts break down into a chunky paste. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Once your peanuts have reached a chunky consistency, add the honey and coconut oil. Blend again for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a chunkier peanut butter, blend for a shorter time.
  4. Taste your Honey Peanut Butter and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey. Blend again to combine.
  5. Transfer the Honey Peanut Butter to an airtight jar or container. Make sure it’s sealed properly to maintain freshness.

Notes

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months for optimal freshness.
  • Freeze for up to 6 months in a freezer-safe container.
  • Let sit at room temperature to soften if too thick.
