Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Tortillas - Stack flour tortillas on a cutting board and cut into triangle shapes.
  2. Step 2: Heat Your Oil - Heat oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Step 3: Fry the Chips - Add tortilla triangles to hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Step 4: Drain and Season - Remove chips from oil and drain on paper towels; season with salt while hot.
  5. Step 5: Repeat - Continue frying remaining tortilla triangles, allowing oil to return to temperature.
  6. Step 6: Enjoy! - Serve warm with your favorite dips.
