Preparation Steps:
- Start by patting the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces for quick cooking.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt until combined. Set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 6-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Stir well to coat the pieces evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer the chicken to a serving dish. Optionally, sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
- Make sure to dry the chicken thoroughly before cooking for a nice sear.
- Adjust the amount of sriracha based on your spice preference.
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
