  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha, optional
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey for the sauce
For the Toppings:
  • Rice

  • shelled edamame
  • pickled onions
  • avocado
  • shredded cabbage
  • sliced green onion
  • sesame seeds

Method
 

Preparation Steps:
  1. Step 1: Cook the Rice - Begin by cooking your rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Step 2: Sauté Aromatics - In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Cook the Turkey - Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Season with smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and sea salt. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Make the Sauce - In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, and corn starch. Pour over the turkey and let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
