Ingredients

For the Breadsticks:
  • 2 tubes crescent roll dough (8 rolls each)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Brush

Method

Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the tubes of crescent roll dough and unroll them onto a lightly floured surface, separating the dough into individual triangles.
  3. Starting at the wide end of each triangle, roll the dough towards the pointed end to create a crescent shape, or stretch the dough for a longer shape.
  4. Arrange the rolled dough on your baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic, stirring well.
  6. Using a pastry brush, coat each breadstick with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of each breadstick.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Once baked, let them cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce.
