- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the tubes of crescent roll dough and unroll them onto a lightly floured surface, separating the dough into individual triangles.
- Starting at the wide end of each triangle, roll the dough towards the pointed end to create a crescent shape, or stretch the dough for a longer shape.
- Arrange the rolled dough on your baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic, stirring well.
- Using a pastry brush, coat each breadstick with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of each breadstick.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Once baked, let them cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce.
