Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 teaspoons butter extract
  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 5 teaspoons additional unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the old-fashioned rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, and sprinkles. Stir together until well mixed.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the unsweetened vanilla almond milk, Greek yogurt, and butter extract.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add the additional 5 teaspoons of almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a jar or container with a lid. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. In the morning, stir the oats and add toppings like more sprinkles or fresh fruits.

Notes

  • Experiment with different mix-ins like nuts or chocolate chips.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to five days.
