Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Breading Station - In one shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth. In another shallow plate, mix together the Kikkoman Panko bread crumbs, Italian seasoned bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, and kosher salt.
  2. Step 2: Bread the Ravioli - Dip each ravioli into the egg and milk wash, then dredge in the bread crumb mixture, pressing to adhere. Place on a clean plate.
  3. Step 3: Heat the Oil - Pour oil into your fryer or pot to a depth of 2-3 inches and heat to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Step 4: Fry the Ravioli - Drop breaded ravioli into hot oil in batches, frying for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. Step 5: Serve Warm - Serve fried ravioli hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free option, use plant-based milk for the egg wash.
  • Experiment with different ravioli fillings like spinach and ricotta.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
