- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Birch Benders Protein pancake mix, 6 tablespoons of water, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk together until you have a smooth batter.
- Place your skillet or frying pan over medium heat and spray it with cooking spray. Allow it to heat up for a few minutes.
- Take your Oreo cookie thins and dip them one by one into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Carefully place the coated Oreos into the hot skillet. Fry them for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown.
- Once they are golden brown, use your spatula to remove the Fried Oreos from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels.
- Before serving, dust the Fried Oreos with confectioners' sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.
