Ingredients
  

For the Muffins:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter room temperature
  • 2 count eggs
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Grease the muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
  3. Step 3: Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Step 4: Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in peanut butter.
  5. Step 5: Pour in milk and mix until smooth.
  6. Step 6: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  7. Step 7: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring gently.
  8. Step 8: Fold in peanut butter chips.
  9. Step 9: Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
  10. Step 10: Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Step 11: Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Store muffins in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze for up to 3 months; thaw at room temperature or warm before serving.
  • Use almond butter for a different nutty flavor.
