Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, 1 tsp of sugar, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Whisk until well combined.
Add 1 cup of plain yogurt and 2 tbsp of melted Challenge salted butter to the dry mixture. Stir gently until a dough starts to form.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the rolls for 12-15 minutes, or until puffed up and golden brown.
Brush the tops with Challenge spreadable butter with canola oil for added flavor and shine.
