Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Challenge salted butter melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour plus more for shaping
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, 1 tsp of sugar, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add 1 cup of plain yogurt and 2 tbsp of melted Challenge salted butter to the dry mixture. Stir gently until a dough starts to form.
  4. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake the rolls for 12-15 minutes, or until puffed up and golden brown.
  7. Brush the tops with Challenge spreadable butter with canola oil for added flavor and shine.

Notes

  • Store rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
  • Freeze rolls in a single layer for up to a month.
  • Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5-10 minutes.
