Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs:
  • 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt (use seasoning salt or garlic salt if preferred)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Meat thermometer

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, milk, grated parmesan cheese, plain breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Step 3: Scoop a portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Step 5: Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Freeze leftover meatballs in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
  • Customize spices to your taste; try adding Italian seasoning or fresh herbs!
  • For a healthier option, use lean ground turkey or chicken.
