Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles use kosher dill pickles
  • Old Bay seasoning optional

Method
 

  1. Start by letting your cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to make it easier to mix.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, pickle juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend until smooth.
  3. Chop your dill pickles into small pieces and fold them into the cream cheese mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  4. If using Old Bay seasoning, sprinkle in to taste and mix well.
  5. Cover the dip and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for the best flavor.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and enjoy with your favorite snacks!

Notes

  • For a warm version, bake the dip at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
  • Add fresh herbs like dill or chives for a summer twist.
