- Brew your strong black coffee and allow it to cool. Once cooled, mix in 50ml of Amarula Vanilla Spice and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, pour in the fresh cream and whip it using an electric mixer until it reaches soft peaks.
- In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and castor sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture using a spatula.
- Quickly dip each savoiardi biscuit into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy. Layer the biscuits at the bottom of your dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone and cream mixture over the layer of dipped biscuits.
- Repeat the dipping process with the remaining biscuits and layer them over the cream mixture. Top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
- Before serving, grate quality dark chocolate over the top of your Delicious Amarula tiramisu.
Notes
- For a stronger Amarula flavor, increase the amount of Amarula in the cream mixture and coffee.
- Choosing high-quality dark chocolate will enhance the flavor of the dessert.
