  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 16 oz Refried Beans canned
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend shredded
  • 1/4 cup Salsa your favorite kind, optional

Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients and ensure everything is ready to go for a smooth process!
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans and softened cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and sour cream until fully incorporated. If using salsa, add it now!
  4. Transfer the mixture into your Crock Pot and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded Mexican cheese blend generously over the top.
  6. Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for about 2 to 3 hours, or on high for 1 to 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  7. Once hot and bubbly, serve with chips or fresh veggies!
