Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for crispy skin.
  2. Step 2: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked seasoning or BBQ rub, and BBQ sauce. Toss drumsticks until well coated.
  4. Step 4: Arrange the drumsticks on the baking sheet, spacing them for even cooking.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and skin is golden and crispy.
  6. Step 6: Let rest for a few minutes, drizzle with BBQ sauce and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve hot.
