  • 2/3 cup evaporated whole milk do not use low-fat
  • 1 dash salt to enhance flavors
  • 3 heaping tablespoons creamy peanut butter the star ingredient
  • 1 teaspoon butter adds richness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for extra flavor

Directions
  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Pan - Line your 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: Combine Ingredients - In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, evaporated milk, and salt over medium heat.
  3. Step 3: Boil and Stir - Once boiling, stop stirring and let it boil for about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Add Peanut Butter and Flavorings - Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, butter, and vanilla.
  5. Step 5: Pour and Set - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and cool at room temperature until set, about 2 hours.
  6. Step 6: Cut and Serve - Lift out of the pan and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
  • Refrigerate for up to three weeks for longer storage.
  • Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for even longer storage.
