Start by gathering all your ingredients and measuring them out. This will make the process smoother and more enjoyable.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat as chocolate can burn easily.
In a large mixing bowl, add your Chex cereals. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereals. Using a spatula, gently fold the mixture until all the cereal is evenly coated.
Crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces and fold them into the chocolate-coated cereal mixture.
Sprinkle half of the powdered sugar over the chocolate-coated cereal mixture. Gently toss to coat. Then add the remaining powdered sugar and toss again until everything is well coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let it cool for about 30 minutes to set.
