Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed Dunkin Donuts Coconut Ground Coffee cooled slightly
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup coconut milk or the milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Serving glasses
  • Spatula

Method

  1. Start by brewing 1 cup of Dunkin Donuts Coconut Ground Coffee according to your preferred method. Allow it to cool slightly while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. In a blender, add the two ripe bananas, coconut milk, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, almond butter, and honey (if using).
  3. Pour the brewed coffee into the blender with the other ingredients. This combination will create a rich and flavorful base for your smoothie.
  4. Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth. If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed. You can add more honey or cocoa powder based on your preference.
  6. Pour the Coconut Coffee Smoothie into serving glasses, and if desired, sprinkle some extra shredded coconut on top for garnish. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • For a caffeine-free option, substitute with decaf coffee.
  • Use sunflower seed butter or tahini for a nut-free alternative.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
