Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs white chocolate melts or almond bark
  • 21 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 13 oz unsalted peanuts or dry roasted peanuts
  • 13 oz salted peanuts

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Large mixing spoon
  • Baking sheet
  • Cookie scoop or tablespoon
  • Refrigerator

Method

Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate melts and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Once the white and semi-sweet chocolates are melted, stir in the milk chocolate chips. Continue to heat and stir until everything is completely melted and well combined.
  3. Remove the bowl from the microwave and fold in the unsalted and salted peanuts. Ensure that the peanuts are evenly coated with the melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop clusters of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Aim for about 1-2 inch sized clusters for perfect bite-sized treats.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and allow the clusters to set for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened completely.
  6. Once set, you can serve the clusters immediately or store them in an airtight container in a cool place until you’re ready to enjoy them!

Notes

  • Feel free to experiment with different types of nuts or add-ins like dried fruits or candies for a unique twist.
  • Make sure the bowls and utensils used are completely dry to prevent seizing of the chocolate.
  • If the chocolate starts to cool and harden before you are done, simply reheat in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it again.
