- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Line your 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Step 4: Add the egg yolk and peanut butter, mixing until smooth.
- Step 5: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, oats, and salt, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Step 6: Fold in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and toffee bits.
- Step 7: Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Step 8: Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Step 9: Allow to cool completely in the pan before lifting out and slicing into squares.
