  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz peanut butter chips e.g., Reese's
  • 1 cup English toffee bits

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Line your 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Step 4: Add the egg yolk and peanut butter, mixing until smooth.
  5. Step 5: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, oats, and salt, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  6. Step 6: Fold in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and toffee bits.
  7. Step 7: Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
