  • 1 cup frozen cherries

Method
 

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients together. Peel the banana and measure out the frozen cherries, spinach, and almond milk.
  2. In your blender, add the banana, frozen cherries, spinach, almond milk, and ice cubes.
  3. Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is completely smooth. This should take about 30-60 seconds.
  4. Taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, feel free to add a drizzle of honey or a splash of maple syrup and blend again.
  5. Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass or cup. You can also add a few whole cherries or a sprinkle of chia seeds on top for a decorative touch. Enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture!
