Ingredients
  

  • 1 16-ounce tube refrigerated biscuits
  • 3 sticks mozzarella cheese cut into 6 pieces each
  • to taste pepperoni slices cut into smaller pieces if desired
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the tube of refrigerated biscuits and separate them into individual pieces.
  3. Flatten each biscuit and place a piece of mozzarella cheese and a couple of pepperoni slices in the center. Fold over and seal.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  5. Roll each biscuit in the olive oil mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Place the coated bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm with marinara sauce.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes.
