  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • Muffin tin
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Pastry brush
  • Rolling Pin
  • Oven mitts
  • Cooling rack

Method

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Muffin Tin - Spray your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or lightly grease it with butter.
  3. Step 3: Mix the Butter and Seasonings - In a mixing bowl, combine the room temperature unsalted butter, garlic and herb seasoning, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  4. Step 4: Roll Out the Dough - Open the refrigerated crescent roll dough tubes and unroll the sheets. If necessary, use a rolling pin to flatten them slightly.
  5. Step 5: Spread the Butter Mixture - Using a pastry brush, spread a generous layer of the garlic butter mixture over each sheet of dough.
  6. Step 6: Add the Cheeses - Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered dough.
  7. Step 7: Roll and Cut - Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log and cut it into 6 equal pieces.
  8. Step 8: Place in Muffin Tin - Place each piece cut side up into the prepared muffin tin.
  9. Step 9: Bake - Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  10. Step 10: Cool and Serve - Let them cool for a few minutes in the tin, then transfer to a cooling rack.
