- Step 2: Blend the Peanut Butter Puff Style Cereal Smoothie. In your blender, combine 2 cups LACTAID 2% milk, 1 cup peanut butter puff style cereal, 2 sliced bananas, 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, and 1 cup ice. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. - Step 3: Blend the Cinnamon Chex Smoothie. Rinse out your blender, then add 2 cups LACTAID 2% milk, 1 cup Cinnamon Chex cereal, 2 sliced bananas, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 cup ice.
