Ingredients
  

For the Bites:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Panko
  • 2 heads cauliflower cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup mild buffalo wing sauce

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) for a perfect crispy texture.
  2. Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray it lightly with olive oil cooking spray.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and slightly thick.
  4. Step 4: Dip each cauliflower piece into the batter, letting excess drip off, and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Step 5: Coat the cauliflower in Panko breadcrumbs, pressing down to adhere.
  6. Step 6: Lightly spray the tops of the cauliflower bites and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Step 7: Heat the buffalo sauce in a saucepan and toss baked cauliflower bites in the warm sauce.
  8. Step 8: Return the coated bites to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. Serve hot!
