- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Mix your brownie batter and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely.
- Step 2: Once cooled, crumble the brownies into a large mixing bowl into small pieces, keeping some small chunks for texture.
- Step 3: Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
- Step 4: Pour the melted chocolate over the crumbled brownies and mix until well combined.
- Step 5: Scoop portions of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Step 6: Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Step 7: For an optional coating, melt more chocolate and dip each truffle, rolling in sprinkles if desired. Return to the sheet to set.
- Step 8: Once set, serve and enjoy your Brownie Truffles!
