Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure a crispy crust.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the broccoli by washing it, cutting off the florets, and ricing it in a food processor.
  3. Step 3: Remove excess moisture by placing the riced broccoli in a clean kitchen towel and squeezing it.
  4. Step 4: In a mixing bowl, combine the riced broccoli, eggs, parmesan, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Step 5: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the broccoli mixture into a circular shape.
