Cooking Instructions
- 1. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it reaches 135°F for medium-rare. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 3. Slice the rested beef tenderloin into 1/2-inch thick slices.
- 4. Melt the butter and brush it onto the inside of each slider bun. Toast the buns until golden brown.
- 5. Spread horseradish sauce on the bottom half of each bun, layer with sliced beef, and top with the other half of the bun.
- 6. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!

- For a milder flavor, substitute horseradish sauce with garlic aioli.
- Use gluten-free slider buns for a gluten-free option.
