Ingredients
  

For the Sliders:
  • 2 pounds beef tenderloin cooked medium-rare, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
  • 12 units slider buns split
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup horseradish sauce

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. 1. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it reaches 135°F for medium-rare. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Slice the rested beef tenderloin into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  4. 4. Melt the butter and brush it onto the inside of each slider bun. Toast the buns until golden brown.
  5. 5. Spread horseradish sauce on the bottom half of each bun, layer with sliced beef, and top with the other half of the bun.
  6. 6. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a milder flavor, substitute horseradish sauce with garlic aioli.
  • Use gluten-free slider buns for a gluten-free option.
  • Cooked beef tenderloin can be frozen for up to three months.
