Baking Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Line your muffin tin with muffin liners or grease it lightly.
- Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and optional orange zest.
- Step 4: In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Step 5: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well, then add the vanilla extract.
- Step 6: Stir in the Greek yogurt until fully integrated.
- Step 7: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

- Step 9: Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- Step 10: Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
