  • 1.75 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup chopped milk chocolate

Method
 

Baking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Line your muffin tin with muffin liners or grease it lightly.
  3. Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and optional orange zest.
  4. Step 4: In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Step 5: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well, then add the vanilla extract.
  6. Step 6: Stir in the Greek yogurt until fully integrated.
  7. Step 7: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  8. Step 8: Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped milk chocolate.
  9. Step 9: Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  10. Step 10: Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Step 11: Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
