Ingredients
  

For the Salmon:
  • 4 6 oz skinless salmon fillets Fresh or thawed
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced garlic (1 clove)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp minced fresh parsley (optional)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
  3. Step 3: Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Step 4: Pour half of the sauce over the salmon, reserving the other half for later.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Step 6: Drizzle the remaining sauce over the salmon and sprinkle with parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • You can freeze the salmon for up to 2 months if wrapped properly.
  • Reheat in the oven at low temperature to prevent drying out.
