Dredge each coated chicken breast in the breadcrumb and cheese mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks.
Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased baking dish, spacing them out evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
