  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 pieces skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the ranch dressing mix. Spread this mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Dredge each coated chicken breast in the breadcrumb and cheese mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased baking dish, spacing them out evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
