Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease your 9x9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, packed brown sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix the old-fashioned oats, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir to combine.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares. Serve warm or cool completely for later.
